‘The Booker’ tv format has a 30 years history and participants from over 20 countries: models are competiting for a prize of a €200,000 and for an international career.

The Booker format is a 12-part docu-reality series, each 45 minutes long, with two central elements:

1. Mentors who support the applicants, prepare the candidates for the model competition and then select the 3 best of them.
2. the so-called Booker selects the winner from the top three. The Booker will be embedded in the girls’ environment and can be the line manager, the cleaner or the waiter. Only when the winner is chosen is it revealed who the winner is.
